Twinwheel Logistics is a certified ETSF operator. Previously known as ERTS, an ETSF is an inland clearance area which has been approved by the UK Border Force. This allows customs-controlled goods to be transferred from the port of arrival to our external temporary storage facility (ETSF) avoiding unnecessary delays or port rent charges.

Our customs clearance team can then be on hand to take care of proceedings in our facility and ensure a worry-free clearance for goods to then be managed and delivered by our domestic delivery team.
